1 teas salt
2 tabless cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
1. Rinse the pork ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork ribs and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add the sugar, vinegar and salt. Stir to combine.
4. Add the garlic, ginger and spring onions. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the wok or skillet. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Uncover and increase the heat to medium-high. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
